Tapan has more than thirty five plus years of experience in Software & Financial Services, spanning a broad range of general management responsibilities including Program Delivery, People Management Client Management and Account Management. Before starting on ISF, Tapan has worked with leading software companies like IBM, JPMC, TWEX, Mastek and Siliverline.
Currently Tapan is a leading entrepreneur and is the founder of “ISF Analytica & Informatica Pvt. Ltd.” and he leads a team of technocrats in the field of emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, NLP, NLG, CV, etc. ISF under his guidance has developed unique design model in four major areas namely, transaction management, knowledge management, security management and communication management.
Over the last decade he has been leading large accounts like JPMC, iADC4e and TELUS within IBM. His domain experience is in retailing, finance, telecom and business applications. He has successfully initiated and managed complex system integration systems and operated in a multi- location delivery centers with complete responsibility of delivery and customer satisfaction.
As an active participant in Senior Leadership activities, Tapan has been part of various share nets within the organization. He has also presented initiatives that has reinforced the use of best HR practices like “Fit for You” .
Apart from being an internal reviewer and auditor Tapan has actively participated in discussions regarding HR processes and brought about changes in the recruitment process plus the Resource & Capacity Management Planning.

In the transaction management area ISF already has developed security exchange called ISFExchange. The product, ISFExchange.com has a unique feature of match-making between prospects and investors. Other products under the suit of exchange products to follow are the financial exchanges, entrepreneurial suit, marketplace suit, agriculture exchange, real-estate exchange, KYC Kit, etc.
In the knowledge management area ISF has five products namely,
- Learning Management System (e-learning platform) – EasyLearn. The product, Easylearn.net.in has advance features like online-offline study option, integrate course management, library system, channel management that allows conducting webinar & podcasts, secured login and user management, advance classroom management using tools like whiteboard, video-conferencing, mailing system and document management.
- Mentoring System – MentorBox. The product, Mentorbox.net.in has integrated design thinking and project management tools. As well there are trainings that can be imparted using tools like whiteboard, video-conferencing, mailing system and document management.
In the security management area ISF already has developed Fortimates, a KYC and secured mailing system with advance features of AI incorporated using face recognition and mail segregation features using NLP. The product, Fortimates.com is being developed to have its own mail server and would incorporate advance features like Segregated & Summarized dashboard, mail Prioritization, Email Analytics & Metrics, Visual Dashboard – Snapshot View and NLG based Auto – Response.
In the communication management area ISF plans to address mass media and communication using the EasyComm tool. The product, EasyComm.net.in with different channels like Technology, Entertainment, Performance, Knowledge and Culture, would be building communities around each of the segments.

An Engineering Graduate in Computer Science, MBA in Marketing Management followed by Masters in Financial Markets, Tapan started his career working on development of various Network Auditing Products (NLM’s for Network Directory Services), and has worked in various Technology and Leadership positions. He has worked with clients across multiple industries in US, Europe, UK and Japan.
Achievements
Tapan was working as Chief Technology Officer at “TWEX Ltd.” that cater into Innovative tokenized asset based crowd-lending platform offering transparency and liquidity to the investors as well as the funded company. New technologies used are Ethereum Smart contracts using Solidity based on block-chain technology that enable investors to benefit from Capital Reimbursements and Profit Payments.
TWEX platform uses REST-full API Web Services with Apache server as the middleware and PHP for server side functionality and JavaScript used for the front-end functionality for better user experience and HTML, CSS for user interface development.
He was as well the CTO for EarnGuild wherein he led a team that sucessfully delivered the Play to Earn (PTE) for Gsming Softwares.
Tapan has amiable personality inspiring trust and confidence within his team. He has ability to conceptualize actionable strategies, convert them to programs and track them to completion with a keen eye for detail.
Tapan keeps special interest in hobbies like playing badminton, chess and carom and listening to music in his spare time. Also a travel freak, Tapan has visited quite a few places of interests within and outside India.
