I had worked with Tapan from almost 3 years and found his managerial capabilities are commendable. He has been very good people manager as well. He is a very good leader who has managed very large teams and was able to motivate the team all the time. He played an important role in the initial days of our new account (TELUS) by setting up the expectation and process across our offshore team and onshore team to deliver the projects successfully to customer. I won’t hesitate anytime to recommend or work with Tapan in future assignment.
